What is ROC DIR 6 ?
E-Form Dir-3 And Dir-6 For The Allotment of Director Identification Number And For Change In The Particulars of The Directors As Per Section 153 of The Companies Act 2013. E-Form DIR-6- Intimation of change in particulars of Director to be given to the Central Government.
Who has to file?
Any person intending to become a director in an existing company is required to make an application to MCA for allotment of a unique identification, namely, Director Identification Number (DIN) through this e- Form.
When has to file?
Time limit (days) for filing: Within 30 days of the change in particulars. A director having an approved DIN is required to intimate to MCA in case of change(s) in his particular(s) as stated in eForm DIR-3 /Old form DIN1 within a period of 30 days of any such change.
