If the employer prefers any proceedings against any award by Labour court / Tribunal / National Tribunal directing reinstatement of the workman, he is liable to pay last drawn wages inclusive of any maintenance allowance if the workman had not been employed in any establishment during such period and an affidavit by such workman had been filed to that effect.
